Due to the specialized nature of crypto mining hardware and the use of irreversible cryptocurrency payments, Ursa LLC maintains a strict return and refund policy.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Products
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or has a confirmed manufacturing defect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers may be required to provide supporting evidence, including photographs or videos, to assist in verification.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Any return must be approved by Ursa LLC prior to shipment.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed in cryptocurrency only.
Refund amounts are based on the original transaction value, excluding:
Shipping costs
Customs fees
Network or transaction fees
Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or installed mining hardware
Hardware damaged due to improper use, electrical issues, or environmental conditions
Orders delayed due to customs or courier issues

Ursa LLC does not guarantee mining profitability. Returns or refunds will not be issued due to changes in mining difficulty, market conditions, or cryptocurrency prices.
