At Ursa Miners, we aim to provide a transparent and secure purchasing process for all mining hardware orders. Please review the following payment terms before placing an order.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept cryptocurrency payments for all orders. Accepted cryptocurrencies may include Bitcoin, USDT, or other supported digital assets as indicated during the checkout process.
All payments are processed on-chain and must be confirmed on the blockchain before the order is considered paid.

Order Deposit (Partial Payment Option)

For standard orders, customers may choose our partial payment option:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm and reserve the mining hardware.
Once the miner is prepared and shipped, we will provide tracking information and shipment confirmation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid before delivery is completed.
If the remaining balance is not paid after shipment confirmation, the shipment may be temporarily halted or redirected until the payment obligation is fulfilled.

Escrow for Bulk Orders

For large orders (typically 100 units or more), we offer on-chain escrow arrangements through supported platforms such as Coinbase where applicable.
Escrow conditions will be agreed upon with the buyer prior to payment and shipment.

Payment Confirmation

All payments must receive the required blockchain confirmations before they are considered final. Orders will only be processed once payment verification is complete.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct wallet address and payment amount are used during the transaction.

Price Changes

Prices for mining hardware may fluctuate due to market conditions, manufacturer supply, and cryptocurrency mining difficulty. The final price of an order is the price confirmed at the time of payment.

Refunds

Because cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, refunds may only be issued under specific circumstances such as:
Order cancellation before shipment
Product unavailability
Other exceptional situations reviewed by our sales team
Refunds, when approved, will be processed in cryptocurrency equivalent to the original payment amount at the time of refund approval within 24 hours.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both buyers and sellers, we may request additional verification for certain orders. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be delayed or cancelled.
