Warranty Policy

Warranty Policy – Ursa Miners

At Ursa Miners (Ursa LLC), we stand behind the quality and performance of the mining hardware we supply. We provide manufacturer-backed warranty coverage along with our own written replacement warranty for added customer protection.

This Warranty Policy applies to both new and refurbished units sold through ursaminers.com.

1. Manufacturer Warranty

All mining hardware sold by Ursa Miners includes the applicable standard manufacturer warranty, where provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

Manufacturer warranty terms may vary by brand and model and typically cover:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Hardware component failure under normal use

  • Factory-related malfunctions

Warranty duration and coverage conditions are determined solely by the manufacturer.

Customers may be required to ship the unit directly to the manufacturer’s authorized service center where applicable.

Ursa Miners will assist customers with warranty coordination where possible but does not alter the original manufacturer’s warranty terms.

2. Ursa Miners 60-Day Replacement Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Ursa Miners provides a 60-Day Complete Written Replacement Warranty on all units — both new and refurbished.

Coverage Includes:

  • Non-functional (DOA – Dead on Arrival) units

  • Hardware failure under normal operating conditions

  • Critical component malfunction not caused by misuse

If a unit experiences a qualifying issue within 60 calendar days from the delivery date:

  • The unit will be repaired, or

  • A replacement unit will be provided (subject to availability)

This 60-day warranty is provided directly by Ursa Miners and is separate from any manufacturer warranty.

3. Warranty Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for warranty coverage:

  • The miner must not be physically damaged due to mishandling

  • No unauthorized modifications or firmware alterations

  • No water, fire, electrical surge, or environmental damage

  • Proper power supply and voltage must have been used

  • Serial numbers must remain intact and unaltered

Any signs of overclocking beyond manufacturer specifications may void warranty coverage.

4. Refurbished Units

Refurbished units are fully tested prior to shipment and include:

  • Standard manufacturer warranty (if applicable)

  • Ursa Miners 60-Day Replacement Warranty

Refurbished units are tested for operational stability but may show minor cosmetic wear that does not affect performance.

5. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team with:

    • Order number

    • Product model

    • Serial number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Video evidence (if requested)

  2. Receive written troubleshooting instructions.

  3. If the issue qualifies, receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Warranty claims must be approved before any unit is returned.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

6. Shipping Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the unit is confirmed DOA.

  • Replacement shipping costs will be covered by Ursa Miners in approved cases.

  • Units must be securely packaged to prevent transit damage.

7. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to improper installation

  • Improper voltage or unstable power supply

  • Third-party repair attempts

  • Cosmetic damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by hosting facilities or environmental conditions

8. Limitation of Liability
